Moving Day
Dir: Jacob Prazer
Roles: writer, director, producer, editor, colorist, sound designer and mixer

In many ways my magnum opus, Moving Day was an unlikely experience that I will cherish for the rest of my life. The objective for this project was twofold: to create the cheapest student film possible without sacrificing quality, and to comment on masculinity. With regard to the latter, there’s a serious loneliness epidemic among modern day men, and I find some of its causes simultaneously absurd and depressing. I wanted to, in my own small way and with a very limited amount of dialogue, make a statement about this pattern and shine a little light on the matter in a (hopefully) somewhat comedic way.
